The core formula
Monthly revenue = price per cycle × helmets per day × 30. At ₹50 per cycle and 50 helmets a day, that is ₹75,000 a month in gross revenue from a single pod.
Running cost
Consumables and power come in under ₹10 per sanitization cycle. There are no chemicals to restock and maintenance is minimal, with remote troubleshooting included for the first year.
